just about everything don't seem right somewhere. Biggest issue is the shareholders have been kept in the dark all along. So we do not know how any calculations were made as to market value, mine operations, loss of material from mine via Austeroid etc. A black hole.
A FOI request to Receiver & Liquidator for all documentation should be made.
Maybe the current court action - although not sure what it's about - will enlighten us.
