Very interesting reading,especially pages 15,16 and 17 where it appears that the liquidators ,as part of the liquidation,are carrying out investigations into a number of issues and possible offences committed prior to liquidators appointment,and lodge a report to asic.If you read pages 15,16,and 17 it becomes clear why minres and the former alita directors want the liquidation to be halted,as part of the investigations includes notifying ASIC of breach of duties by directors and former directors.
It appears that Mcgrath niccol,as part of the iliquidation, may actually be obliged to unearth and report on some of the underhand ,dodgy goings on that have occurred over the last few years.I sincerely hope that the Justice Hill does not allow the liquidation to be terminated,as hopefully some of the white collar crimes committed by various parties associated with Alita over the last few years may come to light,hopefully resulting in jail for some of the guilty parties if wrongdoing is uncovered.
