Listing Time Answered

I asked NC a couple of questions and here are his answers.

I can certainly understand. Let try my best

1. It was always my plan to list in early October. Because we had to
appoint new auditors and they had to re audit both the Australian entity
and US entity to fall in line with US standards, it took a little longer
than we thought. Based on that, we look to now be on track for late
October.

2. Okay - So, the listing process officially starts once the F1 filing is
submitted. Once that is done, it is normally a 6 week turn around, pending
the SEC don¹t come back with pages of questions. We look to officially
file next week.

3. I can¹t answer the share question yet. Not because I can¹t or don¹t
want to, but it determine on a number of factors. If the Banks had
anything to do with it, I¹d issue what they want as they make money, but I
won¹t dilute the company for the sake of it, especially when we are on
target for a huge 2016 revenue year

4. Tencate is still the fabric supplier for the Army. Effectively what has
happened is that we have replaced the FR provider they were working with,
hence they are now working with us. Tencate are s/?! scared right now,
because they have no comparable product. They have engaged with us and
want everything for us. To be honest, we really don¹t need them, and the
more they want us, the harder they will fight for us, and them leverage we
have.

My names Tony and I'm an investor in AJX.
There seems to be a huge amount of speculation and guess work going on
about our impending NYSE listing so I have a few questions to ask that
shouldn't breach the SEC's blackout restrictions, as I've noticed another
company has in the last week updated its shareholders with quiet a few
details on there listing but haven't breached there blackout regulations.

When are we due to list, is it still the first week in October?
If not when?
When I ask the question about listing is that when you put the paperwork
in or is that when we start trading on NYSE?
How many extra shares will be allocated on listing?
Is Tencate still in the running for the military contract?
Have we or are we going to be having any sort of partnership with Tencate
in the foreseeable future?

Thanks for any answers provided it may cease a few of the rumours around
the traps!
