This would appear to be another "Urban Legend" in the making with me to be the first to question it!
As per the Noosa presentation the top 20 total is 57% and going on the list of shareholders and option holders in 30th September 2015 the substantial shareholders held 38%. IMO you may say that the vast majority of the substantial holdings would not be available to be traded but as per Farjoys sales, not even all of these were safe from going on to the market. To say that only 21% of AJM's shares are available to be traded is total rubbish.
