There are two elements of looking at that:

• At the macro level a switch from lithium to oil and gas, which was right for both legs I think.
• At a stock level. The jury is well and truly out on AJQ (post that transaction).

We all hope for the best.

You, yourself, have more right than most to criticize management for the simple fact that you put tremendous work into supporting them. I suspect you weren't wrong. (Then again I have as much faith in you as management, I hope that doesn't rile, i.e. said without irony).

To explain further, for the most part, I don't believe anyone's genuine efforts are totally wasted. Philosophically it's how humans go so far. In the case of geologists if they didn't hope and have a crack, at some very low chance of success endeavours, they wouldn't have a business.

Which goes to say, and we can all attest to, resources (& agriculture if extended to commodities) is a very tough game (particularly at present).

All IMVHO.

As an aside, In Arabic Hamar means Donkey - I wonder if thats why they are called Hamas.
