I sincerely hope you're right, however it is not the way the Prospectus reads.

We get priority for the first $10m then it's "in agreement with the Joint Lead Arrangers"
Some how I think they'll put their own interests first.

I'm trying to get some clarification from the company as to what happens after the 1st $10m and how they would scale back surplus applications.
The last thing I want is to apply for say $50k only to have it scaled back to $20k when I could have used that tied up $30k to buy FFX on market and get the in specie distribution.
