It's not so much that the Gateway Pundit is declaring bankruptcy as such; they're getting ready because the courts are about to open a massive can on them.
They're still facing a defamation lawsuit from Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss over TGP's disgusting slander against them. The trial is slated for August and the judgement is going to completely bankrupt Jim Hoft. (not that I mind.)
