anyone following this one?
just listed late last yr at $2, nice yield of 8.5%, looks well managed, sticking to just
industrial properties in great locations, at least they are focused, gearing 33% not too bad,
top 20 55%, I think its worth a punt especially if it drops below $2 or so.
anyone got any thoughts?
