I believe it was a sick note (one of many) stating he was not fit to fly. His mental illness may be more extensive far more sinister in nature than first supposed.
They also found evidence of a split with his girlfriend and the purchase of two BMW's recently.
Of more interest will be the nature of his internet history if disclosed.IMO
