I agree. We need to see BHP's ability to earn a profit when we reach the new low price equilibrium, particularly on Iron Ore, but also Oil. Cut dividend, redirect capex, etc. Copper and Coal are less of a concern to me.
To me it appears that investors and some institutions think BHP is cheap just because it was $30 a year ago.
