Frikkie as Ktex7 alluded to, the sunset clause was in relation to a deal for stockpiles which had a closure of 31st December, we have heard nothing prior to this date. I would think that knowing that date then if anything positive was going to come of it we would have well and truly heard about it by now. Once again it was never publicly announced, I think it will just fade away because there may never have been anything really positive about it in the first place. I hope the future proves me wrong.
You have to realise that there is oversupply of lithium at the moment and there are other companies that will have product coming online in the near future that will put further pressure on oversupply. Some experts are suggesting 2028 before lithium becomes in short supply again, hope not for our sake. Joe might not be able to get a decent price for the ore at this time .If we can't sell the ore we don't have anything left in the pot to fall back on.
We are left on shaky ground to say the least, and another CR will be looming closer to fund the administration of the company. I am not saying a CR is imminent but everyday pushes us closer to the event occurring, I don't think that will be very well received, I think we have been credit raised to death. We need finance now!
