my take Namibia is possibly being given very serious consideration to capture as much of production as possible with a 2nd plant, alternatively a 2nd plant in the USA of course AD will also have a vested interest in securing supply thus we have TRaxy as the vendor of production to negotiate . I believe finance is done just not finalised and potentially will involve far far more to construct more than one plant and yes I expect something to be forthcoming bery shortly SP . isd treading water in holding mode a very few are probably buying with no net selling, around 500 mill market cap should be realised with finance and a bigger picture . Not much will be said as all is now under Commercial In Confidence for negotiations and related parties------Yes I hate the wait but probable demand tiomelines suggest its imperative those who want the material for manufacturing batteries will want supply now for 4-5 years time
