    Wow, I have been following what is happening in PLL. What a disaster, they don't have any permits. It's so obvious, but easy to overlook when stock are hyped to the max. Jim Rogers says the primary business in the USA is suing people/businesses. PLL will be going through that painful experience now.

    That is the issues with mining in USA/Europe. Look at INF, great lithium deposit in Spain, but they cant get mining permits because of the locals. Does not matter where you are in EU or US jurisdictions, you are within 30km of local communities. If one of the locals kicks up a stink you are in a world of pain.

    Swing over to LPI - they have all permits to operate. Water, Environmental, Electrical, Community, Export rights, CEOL you name it. All done, ready to operate. There is not one lithium junior both spodumene or carbonate that has all those permits. We are on the cusp of exploding out. Mitsui would want to see those lab results in France before making this deal a binding one.
