Lets talk about CXO.
If the lithium price keeps falling, it will hurt CXO severely.
BP33 underground mine DFS out early next year, the metrics of the mine
are going to be terrible.
Is the mine going to be viable to operate being a costly underground mine, the answer is NO.
Grants will run out of ore in the near future. CXO plan is for the FLAGSHIP BP 33 to take over
providing ore to the mill.
l cannot see this happening if the Li price keeps falling.
CXO mill will be on care and maintenance.
Investors have realised this, the chart looks terrible.
If support breaks at 30c, then next 20c and after that is 10c.
