Sigma has a lot going on in the background with court proceedings.... eg the Ex CEO and also potentially being investigated by Block and Leviton for potential securities law violations, all share holders that have lost money have been encouraged to contact them....not too sure how everything is travelling for them.... I am sure this may be impacting any negotiations...
