I have held LRS since pre consolidation but averaged down on the way..... from seeing LRS back then to now is a huge difference and will not be selling in a hurry..... in the past CG reputation was terrible and could not meet the goals..... over promise under deliver, After doing my research it was not his fault as the Argentina government is very hard to work with and kept putting road blocks up. CGs last option was to try and use Integra and their contacts / network...... even though most think it was a bad deal.... he had no choice other then to let Integra try as he moved onto other projects.... at the end of the Day it was a very strategic move that is paying off for LRS
