As much as I hate manipulation talk on HC (it's generally way over done), the trading action today does kind of give off the impression that someone is manipulating it (just my own speculation)
But it's a question of whether they trying to hold it down (in order to accumulate at 11.5 cents) OR whether they are trying to hold it up (in order to dump at 11.5 cents).
Given I saw buyers wipe out the 11.5 cent line 4-5x earlier today, only for new sell orders to appear within a few seconds - my assumption would be someone is trying to keep it down.
