I guess that given your contact with AVB and your comment below we can expect this oddity to be corrected. However it would seem that at the time VOR issued the announcement Luis was or may have been a Director or else no need to resign. Just thinking about this, I assume a period of time exists whereby a resigned directorship has to be advised to the ASX, I don't know what this is, but whatever it is and if I was VOR I would use every second of it, because if Luis was a director at the time of that announcement then the announcement was perfectly correct in a legal sense. Whom amongst us knows what that maximum period may be ?
