A company has 28 days to lodge changes and after that there are fees for lodging late so technically you have to within a 28 period and there are no fees and then after that you have to pay fees and the longer you take the higher the fee. But these fees aren't much and if they want to hang onto to the story they can as long as they want and pay the larger fee. They may need to get real about addressing it in the annual audit or possibly the annual report or the quarterly report but who knows if they need to address the public and shareholders.
