Well from the standpoint of an AVB holder, that announcement about Luis being a director of VOR was certainly a big negative against AVB in my eyes, my first thought when I saw it was a disappointment in Luis's judgment and hence in the judgment of the AVB board as well, did they get this guy wrong etc. I hope that the recent claims about it not being true are correct because a move like that would make the AVB board look weak, just when a perception of strength had been established.
Perhaps if VOR don't put it out an announcement AVB should!
