I am not sure Luis has made any comment and nor have AVB as far as I know. We have some second hand info that AVB are not happy, that Luis was surprised etc but the fact is nothing has been stated as fact. Luis has been involved in some great work for AVB and is the go to man on the ground as I see it, I would just caution about going with some vigilante campaign based on the public info I have seen.
What are your reasons for wanting Luis off the AVB board'if it is connections to other companies he would have to resign form a multitude and if it's because of a MW connection would not AVB be the proper place to view if that had any adverse effect on AVB, how do we know it would not be a positive, in short we do not know anything for sure. Just hate to see these sorts of things just taking off with no real basis.
I am happy to let our management deal with these sorts of things.
