I think we are very very close to a deal.
I’ve talked about it before but I think once we hit 2.90-$3 we launch for shells Gulf of Mexico assets - $1.5bn.

I think karoon structures this with 500m debt, 500m rights issue and payment to shell / in instalments.
This is just going to explode the stock to have approx 80k barrels a day / close to $3bn Revenue.
I would keep money on side to go into rights issue but ultimately this could double on the deal.
all speculation but I think we are closer than ever.
