Definitely a takeover candidate for a major seeking a meaningful foothold in Brazil.
Would not be expensive, even with a 50-100% control premium, 3-4x FCF . Good management team, with local execution ability and now with Neon in the pipeline there is sustainable production profile over the next decade at relatively low cost US$15/bbl.
Lots to like as a shareholder of Karoon.
