If the Company thought a CR was necessary, between now and mine completion, surely they would try to tie up $20m working capital now. As it stands they will have about $12m working capital, to last 5 quarters, plus $10m contingency fund.
Maybe they already know thats what they will need.
Or maybe Vale will stump up $10m....... problem solved.
