Responding to your last sentence only...the campaign appears to be against Frank more than Magnis. I would question if market cap on any given day is the best measure of his value. The fundamental question of course is if not Frank, who? Personally, I would have more trouble trusting an outsider without a lot of missing information being revealed. Until something concrete emerges, Frank built this company, and I have no problem with retaining an asset.
