I was curious about the bit in the announcement of future battery manufacturing plants that Magnis identifies and turn-key projects. I note the newest director Perilli has an international property development background and assume he can offer advisory through his company. Not sure how they would integrate the projects to deliver any profit returns (if successful) to magnis, certainly very long term ambitions as property developments of any major scale and fit for purpose, takes years in the planning. Why the Chinese would want to manufacture outside their homeland is interesting, logistics is already in place to ship their products around the globe.
