Great post as i have worked in gold mines and asked the lab boys on site about this tech they immediately dismissed it as hype and the never going to beat a fire assay. Agreed the first to market and acceptance of this will keep growing as the speed and accuracy let alone the costs will eventually win over markets but to change 100s of years of one method not going to happen overnight.
One thing worries me is Chinese ability to copy such tech and no have not looked into seriously, but they have never been one to worry to much about patents in the western world.
