They upgraded their product codes from 6 digit to 8. This cause all sorts of havoc and inability to supply/wrong orders going out/incorrect invoicing and a huge backlog of credits to be processed. Many Pharmacies pulling their hair out and ordering elsewhere for quite a time. Slowly resolving but was very disruptive and not good business. Communication once again below expectations
