I don't think anyone from the TURC have been charged to my knowledge.
Thomson got a slap on the wrist. Williamson walked away Scott free with millions unaccounted for.
You might think everything is A-OK within the union movement but I don't. They are using member money for all sorts of purposes, incuding political ones, without any input, reference or agreement from their members. They rule over those members with intimidation and threats, there is no opportunity for a normal member to question expenditure or review where the money goes.
All unions should be controlled by a member appointed board whose sole, and only, purpose is to serve those members who fund it. And it should be backed up with severe criminal penalties for anyone in a position of authority or an officer of said unions that crosses that line.
