I'm not sure about the profit margins increasing, but any positive impact from lower funding costs would be more than offset by lower transaction volumes and higher bad debt charges. However, Afterpay should be in a position to ride this out.
I'll have a closer look through the financials when I get the chance, unfortunately I don't have much time these days with work ramping up during these stressed times.
