What a stupid statement,A Technical Analyst might not see it coming but nor would a Fundamental Analyst.
These sort of announcements are only company knowledge.
As for your theory that T.A. doesn`t work,i`ve been trading full-time for 6 years with no losing years.
My latest winner is NCM,bought when broke short-term downtrend on 3/12 @ $5.75,before Gold started it`s run,then broke 6 month downtrend on 11/12 and continues it`s uptrend,currently up 27% in 18 days.
In the worst trading conditions in 70 years,trading these markets is easy,my 12 month strike rate is 83%.
When you say T.A. doesn`t work,it means it doesn`t work for you.
