Yes a good opportunity but probably not the best idea - i highly doubt it will happen - but it surely would be a cheeky discount. I'm very certain the liquidity will come from elsewhere tho.
As for the cash I am certain that it will be used for something big - especially with this strategic alliance business going on... cash always gets spent somewhere
