Great Analysis except I don't agree with your optimistic assumption described in note 3) "DPIM approvals by 2nd week of April", I expect another lengthy approval period unfortunately.

Unfortunately, it seems, even after the recent elections the Thai government is not enthusiastic about seeing Akara in a profitable position.

I do however note the Kings 2nd son is in country at present
