I personally believe that Acadia has not the firepower to take over or merge with Neuren .In biotech land they are a minnow compared to large pharmas and if they made an offer they would be blown out of the water by a big pharma .The only way they get involved is that if a large pharma wanted to roll up both ACAD and NEU .
