Greetings fellow hdr owners and hotcoperites. I was wondering if any of you learned folk can give me any clues on hdrxoa which is a $1.25 august 04 barrier call warrant with a 1/1 ratio european type.
Currently trading at 87c sell 86c buy so my maths say $1.25 + 87c = $2.12
HDR fully paid is $1.96 so we are talking 16c time premium
I did very well on the hdrwme calls but have sold out due to iminent expiry end of june .
My question is given the coming drill program and a likely hdr share price north of $2.20 by the end of august do hdrxoa represent a leveraged play for hdr ??
What are the pros and cons of barrier call warrants as opposed to standard calls.
All coments welcomed and apreciated ( deathplunge excluded ) is he still alive ??????
