Well, this stock has had reasonable valuations that have been much higher than the share price for years. It's not a new thing. With this takeover in progress, it wouldn't really matter if the new announcement had added 10 cents or 1 dollar, there's a very real possibility Ata will get it for 35 cents. Two of the largest holders are willing to sell it for 35 cents, which shows you what they think about it. Although, I'm sure they have their reasons.
So, presently, the only real investment opportunity at 32.5 cents is on the basis of a better offer, which may or may not be likely. We'll see.
Kind of a sad situation really.
