Have they done deal on this before, yes, inco in 2009 , agreed to get 25 % for spending 68 million US dollars for a bfs and earn 60 % to commit to building the plant and find finance.
I believe they are putting there business up for sale, wanting to bring a major into take the risk off the table and earn maybe 40% risk free , with the major having all the risk to finance and commission.
Time will tell.
