I've been buying some of these recently due to several reasons.
1. Technicals - will put up a chart soon.
2. Cicero/Walker involvment.
3. The cheapest of the above's shells.
4. More than one recent director buys.
5. NO HC chatter recently.
I think this has the potential to run very well and soon based on TA and FA.
