I'm not to sure if there will be one. You can pre sale a commodity at a discount rate to a purchaser as long as it is a given you actually have it. So for instance you could offer a million barrels at 40 dollars a barrel to raise 40 million. This is only an example so don't come back at me and quote those numbers. This does happen for people that haven't heard of it. Pilbara minerals did this. They sold dirt to China and they extracted the lithium for a while to raise capital to develop there mine. They went from .9 of a cent to currently 4.50 a share. You just don't no what a banker will come up with yet.
