    if it’s negative news you have no money and the Tar that was discovered means nothing your going less than 1 cent on bad news. Bad flow rate will be a 2 cent share price not flowing less than 1 cents which puts you at a 40 million market cap but I am expecting it to flow but the flow rate will be poor to average
