i am buying at 1c, not much down side at this level, with convertible note at least they wont go bankrupt, the shell company itself is worth almost a mil plus the metamizer must be worth something, plus accumulated tax losses and with a market cap of 1.2 mil, you cant really go wrong, what needs to be done is to pump the stock alittle and do a capital raising to bring in some longer term holders who wont sell down the stock
