$30 sounds very sensible but it might not get there after WPL finally admitted taking over BHP's Scarborough LNG assets as they did tonight. That might get tougher for WPL as other more stronger players like RDS and BP get ahead of them in the production project spend/ acquisition space.
Like others, I should think the SP should be well in advance of $30, but it likes retracing to the $25-$27 range as a gross overreaction to retreats in POO IMHO.
There are also other players whose SPs are more driven by POO i.e. STO and ORG and so that stifles the buying of WPL to some degree IMHO but pls DYOR.
