They will of course have done their due diligence.
They wouldn't have spent a year or so putting this together if they did not believe they would win.
The local and federal governments would be keen to get this project up and running with the right operators. Revenue and jobs are involved.
This is the Gold JV they were talking about at the AGM.
It also has a high grade zone that at the time they suggested they would tackle first, probably with a substantially lower requirement for capital.
