Leslie's manner and approach was one of the things that attracted me to IMU in the first place.
I dislike extremely polished "performers" selling me anything and much prefer authentic and knowledgable people working within an organisation explaining to the best of their ability and within the limitations of what they are allowed to say, at any given time.
The world is full of Disallowed merchants peddling their wares and I'd rather hear from a capable CEO than another Comms expert/ Con artist anyday.
