Hey T'bull, interesting post about vegies v meat, but you would have to agree (I think), that the majority of medical people, Cardiologists, GP's, dieticians etc would disagree with your views.
Admission: I love a small piece of steak and my surgeon advises me that it is good for my protein levels. But every lunch time I have a big plate full of homegrown veges which makes me feel good,and not nauseous like most other food does.
