Given that IMU does tend to announce when it can it’s interesting that they haven’t announced. One may argue it’s not price sensitive given materiality but if they don’t announce they run the risk of a please explain. It’s a speculative stock after all.
Even though there is reference to a partnership, I believe that it will only be a Collaborative Research Agreement that will be capable of termination by either party either for a specified reason or simply as advised for no reason. A partnership is a form of business association but can be used as a general descriptor.
i agree with the various observations that IMU is cleaning up an unnecessary agreement and may or may not be related to an imminent announcement. I would have thought that such collaborations between biotechs come and go with regularity. So it might simply be the end of something that IMU did not see a reason to progress.
The medical posters will have far greater insight into the reasons why.
