Im thinking the Y.F. interview re Kate was more a case of a reporter being ordered to do a report on her story. They would have googled cancer experts. Started at the top of the list and started ringing. Y.F was probably the highest to agree to be interviewed quickly. He was interviewed... not consulting her case.
