Because trials are not available everywhere including Australia for Gastric Ca. You can’t just pop yourself on a plane right now to get OS treatment because of COVID-19. You see these things by experience & they change your perspective. A lot has changed but some Cancers still are really hard to treat & it’s really good IMU are targeting a few of these.
