@Proga @stockyclint based on that table, am I right in thinking that the remaining % CAN be sourced from a FEOC and still be eligible for the credit?

That said, under that table it then includes the following:

'beginning in 2024, an eligible clean vehicle may not contain any battery components that are manufactured by a foreign entity of concern and beginning in 2025 an eligible clean vehicle may not contain any critical minerals that were extracted, processed, or recycled by a foreign entity of concern'

So which is it -- the applicable % or none at all? I think I have confused myself unnecessarily and have a bad case of baby brain.
