if morgans/comsec are bid 1billion each could get less than 10% of what u bid, coz morgans will only get around $100m out of the 1.5bn pool and therefore allocations is only 10%. Comsec same, would only get $100m out of 1bn bids(get 10% of what u bid). only idiots would try and bid in these two. better luck in smaller networks for this reason.
